Description
Tango Tomato Pickle prepared hygienically in a clean home kitchen.
Ingredients:
1. Ripe tomatoes
2. Mustard Oil
3. Dried Red Chili peppers
4. Chili powder
5. Paan Puran (five spices – methi/fenugreek seeds, ajwain/carom seeds, saunf/fennel seeds, rye/mustard seeds, kalo jeera/nigella seeds), jeera
6. Tamarind Paste
7. Asafoetida(hing)
9. salt
10. Turmeric
Shelf Life – 10 to fifteen days if kept in a refrigerator. Close the lid tightly while storing. DO NOT USE WET OR MOIST SPOON OR HAND TO SCOOP OUT THE PICKLE. If moisture gets inside the jar, the pickle will go bad. Always use clean and dry spoon to take out the pickle.
